Move for your Health: 5K a day

Amongst the joy and love of the holidays, there is often also a lot of stress, family dysfunction, emphasis on consumerism and material goods and a whole lot of boozy nog parties, which can easily lead to over indulgence and self-neglect. It's times like these where we could probably benefit from knocking off resolutions most.  Whether you want to lose weight, exercise more, imbibe less or even just stay in better contact with friends, why not start now? Make yourself a resolution- start with something super attainable, but specific and continue to build the challenge as you go.  Success is more readily achievable when you incrementally expand on specific goals.
