Drink for Your Health: Green Banana Mango Tango

What you need:

  • 1 cup filtered water or unsweetened plant-milk (almond, soy, oat, etc)
  • 1 cup spinach (or any other leafy green)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp greens powder (optional)

What you do:

  • Blend water/milk and spinach until smooth
  • Add the fruit and the greens powder and blend again until smooth
  • Drink up!
